Conditions & included services

The prices are per day for a minimum stay of 5 days. For stays shorter than 5 days we charge from 35.00 to 50.00 euro for the final cleaning additional (minimum stay 3 days).

The prices include:
bedclothes, towels, fully equipped kitchen, electricity, heating, wireless internet access, final cleaning and all the advantages of the Dolomiti Mobil Card.
Equipments for babies are available on request.

For every additional person we account 15.00 euro per day (children under 4 years are free)

We make a discount of € 15.00 per day if you book the apartment “Odle”, “Putia” or “Rasciesa” for two people (not in the summer and Christmas).

Deposit

The reservation is valid as soon as the deposit is sent.

Payment

The following payment methods are accepted: Cash payment up to € 4,999.99, advance payment by bank transfer.

(Starting from January 1st 2023, in Italy it is no longer allowed to pay amounts above € 4,999.99 in cash.)

Arrival & Departure

On the day of arrival, you can move into your apartment at 2.00 pm; on the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the apartment not later than 10.00 am. Other times are possible upon request.

Pets

Dogs are accepted on request; there will be counted € 10.00 per day

Terms of Cancellation:

Every time you book a trip there could happen something wrong. With our insurance in case of cancellation, you will be economically assured. According to the EEC rules, a delayed departure, the cancelling of a travel or the interruption of your holiday could cause some penalties from you side:

Cancellation possible with no charge up to 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation up to 30 days before your arrival date: 60% of the agreed total price.
Failure to occupy the booked apartments at the agreed date without previous cancellation: 80% of the total price.
In case of early departure you will be charged for the days of occupancy, and 80% of the agreed price for the remainder of the unused days.

To be unaffected of any costs in such cases we recommend to take out the “Roter Hahn cancellation protection”, which guarantees that expenses will be taken over by the european travel insurance.
